City’s Mobile Office heading to Lwandle and Grassy Park
15 June 2026
The City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office is heading to Lwandle and Grassy Park this week to bring essential municipal services directly to residents' doorsteps. The mobile office will be at the Lwandle Community Hall, on Wednesday, 17 June 2026 and the Grassy Park Civic Centre on Friday, 19 June 2026. Residents are encouraged to skip the commute and visit the Mobile Office to resolve account queries and access City services.
The details are as follows:
Wednesday, 17 June 2026 from 10:00 to 14:00 at the Lwandle Community Hall; Vulindlele Street, Lwandle
Friday, 19 June 2026 from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Grassy Park Civic Centre, Victoria Road, Grassy Park.
The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically.
‘These mobile office visits bring essential municipal services closer to residents, making it easier to access support right in their own neighbourhoods. Residents can get assistance with non-emergency enquiries, including rates, water, electricity and refuse accounts. I encourage residents of Lwandle and Grassy Park to make use of this opportunity and attend in large numbers. To help us assist you quickly and efficiently, please bring along your ID and municipal account details,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
